Service design brief for Scania
I undertook a project aimed at reimagining the future of urban logistics in response to a challenge posed by Scania. The focus was on enhancing last-meter delivery practices and fostering sustainability in urban environments
The case study posed the question: "How might we make last-meter delivery mor sustainable, leveraging improvements in packaging and the integration of autonomous vehicles?"
My role for this project entailed conducting UX reseach, creating ustomer journey mapping and providing creative direction.
The final product is a logistic modular system, with a fixture and stackable boxes that we call “The Scania System” that provides quick and uncomplicated and fossil- free e-commerce deliveries for the end user.
